Out of Pocket Payments
We give a discount for those paying out of pocket. We can provide you with all the documentaion needed to submit to your insurance.
The discounted rate for a payment made at the time of service is $135.00 for the first appointment and $125.00 for every appointment after.
For 65/older the discounted rate for payment made at the time of service is $125.00 for the first appointment and $110.00 for every appointment after.
We give an additional discount when you pay with Cash or Check.
